Before the actual consultation we need the following:

1. Time, date and place of birth, plus any irregularities about your birth that you might know. It is critical to have the time of birth. If you do not know the exact time of your birth or it was not recorded, we can rectify the time for an additional fee, however, rectification methods are not as accurate and reliable as some may believe. You can obtain a copy of your birth certificate from the Office of Vital Statistics in the state where you were born. Not all birth certificates have the time of birth. Often times family Bibles or other holy books were used to record births.


2. We need five or more event dates, and we need to know in brief what the events were. These would be things such as long distance moves, major illnesses, accidents, relationships or marriages beginning or ending, children if any, major job changes, changes of residence, or deaths of loved ones, including pets, if such have occurred. These are used to see how well the given birth information has worked with past events. Sometimes small adjustments will be made to the given birth data based on this work. Therefore, the dates should be given at least to the month and year; preferably to the day, month, and year. The year alone is not sufficient.


3. A description of the areas of your life you would like to focus on, or particular things you would like to hear about or have done in the consultation.


4. VERY IMPORTANT! Your email address (if you have one) and a telephone number in the event that we have to contact you. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, business checks and money orders. If you will be paying by check or money order for a phone consultation, payment must arrive before the time of your appointment. The mailing address will be given when your appointment has been made and confirmed. Credit cards are taken at the time of the appointment.


5. At the time of your appointment, please call me on (702) 776-7805.

If travel to your corporate location is required for the appointment, mileage and other expenses will be negotiated in advance.

I record both sides of the conversation only with your permission. The recording is sent to you over the Internet as an MP3 or WMA file at no additional charge. If you request a CD to be sent by mail there is an additional $10.00 charge that covers time, materials, and postage. Express service has to be arranged before the consultation. All charts, graphs and maps accompany the consultation, either by PDF to your email address, or printed and mailed with an audio CD. The typical first consultation for a personal reading is 60 to 80 minutes.

The usual first time fee is $250.00 for an hour to an hour 1/2 consultation. If some particularly elaborate work is required, it may be greater, however, all fees will be quoted and agreed upon in advance. Follow-up consultations for returning clients are typically $175.00 for a 60 minute session.
