Privacy Policy

We are highly sensitive to the privacy issues of clients and consumers of our astrology products. We believe the protection of your privacy rights is one of our most significant responsibilities. In acknowledgment of our obligations, we have adopted the following Privacy Policy applicable to client and consumer information that we acquire in the course of business:

Acquisition of Information. We do not acquire any more information about you than what you provide for an astrology consultation or a book order. You need to know that your name, date, time and place of birth, which you provide to an astrologer, constitutes personally identifiable information that we have an obligation to protect. Your personally identifiable information is never sold or voluntarily disclosed for any reason without your written consent.

Our Employees and Privacy. We train all of our employees about the importance of confidentiality, privacy and the law. We give access to information about consumers and clients only to specific employees who require it to perform their jobs.

Security Measures. We make access to private information subject to rigorous procedural and technological controls, consistent with legal requirements and the demands of customer service.

Disclosure to Third Parties. We never voluntarily disclose consumer or client information to any third party for any reason. We will provide individually-identifiable information about consumers to third parties only if we are compelled to do so by order of a duly-empowered governmental authority in writing, we have the written permission of the consumer or client, or it is legally necessary to process your payment by secure means. You will be notified in writing if your individually identifiable information is requested by any third party.

Privacy and Our Business Partners. When we make our technology or services available to business partners, including our corporate clients, we will not share with them any more information than is necessary for providing our services. We will make every reasonable effort to assure, by contract or other means, that they use our technology and services in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policies

Refunds / Exchanges on Digital Goods. We want you to be happy with your purchases. If you change your mind about a purchase made from the Arhat Media Ltd Book Store, which includes audio-visual courses, webinars, lectures, eBooks and printed materials for download, you can request a refund or exchange within 5 days from the date of transaction, provided that you have not started downloading your purchase. So, you can get a refund or exchange if you did not download the product.

Returns on Books. All books are new and mailed, USPS Priority, in brand new padded bubble mailers and/or boxes within 48 hours of purchase. Books purchased through the Arhat Media Ltd Book Store can be returned for a full refund, or exchanged for any other item, less shipping and handling, within 14 days from the date of transaction. The book must be returned unused in the original shipping package. You will pay the return shipping. No COD returns will be accepted for exchange or refund. Used books will not be accepted for exchange or refund.

Rescheduling / Refunds on Cpnsultations. You can reschedule your confirmed appointment at no charge prior to the appointment.

There will be no refunds issued for consultations that have already taken place. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have paid for a consultation and change your mind about keeping the appointment, you may cancel your appointment and receive a full refund up to 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment after your charts and graphs have been prepared, there will be a $75 administrative fee deducted from your refund.

No Shows and Refund Policy. ** Refunds will NOT be offered for No-Show missed appointments. **

We want to work with your schedule. If you make and confirm an appointment and can’t keep it, just let us know and we can reschedule you.
